How long does my order take to ship?

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days. If you live in the UK, expect to receive your order within 7 days. If you live outside the UK, expect to receive your order within 10-15 days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! Mostly to EU countries for now. But if you are interested in ordering from countries which are not listed, contact me and I can explore the possibilities. All international shipping will be tracked to ensure that we have oversight of where your order is, therefore, it can be a bit pricey.

What is your return policy? 

Due to hygiene reason, I will not take returns of the jewellery pieces. However, if anything goes wrong with the piece, please, get in touch to find the best way forward.
